Good news for markets — non-essential retail in England CAN open from April 12, says PM
PRIME Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that retail markets will be able to fully reopen in England from Monday April 12 as non-essential traders are allowed to get back to business.
The anticipated announcement was made at a Downing Street press conference on Monday April 5.
