Keisha senses
the sweet smell
of success
AMONGST those who took the opportunity to “trade for a tenner” during the Love Your Local Market initiative was Keisha Ming, who has big plans for a successful business founded on the natural beauty products made by her mum.
Keisha and her cousin Rochelle Jethoo sold exotic beauty products such as Himalayan hand and foot scrub on Roman Road Market in Tower Hamlets, London.
Keisha said: “I am a trained beauty therapist and I am planning to open a shop. I heard about Love Your Local Market and thought it would be a great opportunity to see how our products sell. We have done really well here and I love the market.”
Keisha hopes to train her young cousin Rochelle to sell the products on the market, whilst she gets her shop up and running.
