Prospective traders should contact the Centre Manager, David Harris to make an appointment to discuss their requirements and obtain further information. Prospective traders will be required to complete an application form, provide proof of ID, and once terms have been agreed, to sign a Licence Agreement prior to taking occupation of the unit. Licence Agreements provide flexible terms and are available forninitial periods of either 6 or 12 months. The Centre Manager can create a package which best suits your needs. Licence fees are assessed to reflect the size, layout and prominence of the unit and are payable weekly in advance. Charges are all inclusive except for electricity and VAT. A deposit equivalent to two week licence fee is paid in advance at the commencement of the licence period and is refundable when a trader terminates their licence, subject to Terms and Conditions.
