It is worth doing this just to explore how other businesses in your sector, your market, your product category are promoting themselves on the various platforms.
There will be lots of lessons and examples you see that you can think of applying to your own business:
• are your competitors or peers using strong images?
• are they providing instructional product knowledge,
guides, reference points?
• are they providing images of the stall, of customers, of customer feedback?
• is there information about upcoming events, trading locations, new products?
• are their posts informative, entertaining, humorous, serious?
• typically, how long are they, how many words?
• which posts are most liked, shared or passed on?
