The South Wales regional final winners at Swansea
Not to be defeated by the weather, for the YTM South Wales regional final Swansea Market pulled out all the stops and brought what would have been an outdoor market into the indoor market.
Space was limited but all the young traders demonstrated their adaptability and “cwtched” together into the Market Garden.
Twenty-one traders from all over South Wales (and a couple who travelled from the North), came together with their excellent products ranging from baby clothes, plants, savoury and sweet bakes, jewellery, crafts and LGBT gifts.
Despite the weather warning Swansea market was bustling with people who enjoyed the extra offering in the market.
The judges, the Mayor, Graham Thomas, councillor David Hopkins and Managing Director of reTHINK PR & MARKETING, Natasha Fulford, had a tough task in ascertaining the traders to go through to the national final in August but recognised some exceptional talent.
And there was a special award of Future Trader of the Year for 14-year-old Rhianna Connors.
