The North Wales regional final winners at Newtown

The penultimate regional final was hosted by Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council.
Again, the weather was not favourable, with fine drizzle throughout the morning
But the traders were not deterred and brought oodles of sunshine with their smiley faces and beautiful products.
Shoppers at the Newtown regular weekly Tuesday market were pleased that there were additional stalls in the High Street selling wares of arts, crafts, cakes, gifts and craft gins.
Newtown hosted the smallest of the regional finals with 10 traders, but it was just as vibrant as the earlier events and saw the town abuzz with excitement.
All the traders did exceptionally well, being judged in the rain and wet conditions. The sun did come out after lunch when seven traders received their winners’ trophies or highly commended certificates.
