THE NMTF’s annual Conference is set to go ahead in April. Unless circumstances change as a result of the pandemic the event will be held on Monday April 11 at The Imperial Hotel in Blackpool — a return to this famous seaside resort and a long-time regular venue after an absence of 15 years.

And for those arriving the evening before there will be a special treat — an outing on one of Blackpool’s famous trams, with drinks on board, followed by traditional fish and chips back at the hotel. The conference will begin at 10.30am, and once again the NMTF is setting the stage for the only forum where operators, market managers and traders can get together to debate and discuss both the initiatives and concerns of our industry.

The theme will be Designing Markets fit for purpose, investigating how we can do our best to ensure the offer meets the needs of 21st century shoppers.

Those who booked for the aborted 2020 conference are being contacted to confirm that they want to attend in 2022.

There are still places available and bookings can be made online — click here.
